Product Description

With the new carbon front triangle shedding some serious weight and the FOX 36 fork and DPS shock providing killer technical ability, the 2020 Turbo Levo Expert isn’t messing around-oh, and that’s not to mention the massive 700Wh battery. Thanks to the new carbon front triangle, the 2020 Levo Expert is the lightest ever. It features an M5 premium alloy rear end that remains lightweight, whilst keeping cost down. It also has the added benefit of creating a stiffer and more responsive ride than a carbon rear end. The Levo also features a low bottom bracket, short chainstays and a longer top tube. The result? An incredibly confident ride. The lower bottom bracket and motor make for a lower centre of gravity that increase stability, whilst the shorter chainstays increase manoeuvrability. The Levo was made to shred. The frame fully integrates the new 2.1 magnesium cased motor, which is 15% smaller than its predecessor. The motor is coupled with a new battery design which is fully encased within the downtube of the bike, which not only makes this bike look better than ever but also protects it from the elements. The battery itself has a massive 700Wh capacity, so you can go all weekend. The whole system is controlled from specialized's TCU which is mounted to the top-tube of the bike, giving a clear indication of your power mode, as well as remaining battery life. As per last year's model, the 2020 bike features Specialized's Trail handlebar remote, which allows you to switch between the different assistance modes quickly, as well as providing a handy walk-assist function. The Turbo Levo now features 5 different modes, Eco, Trail, Turbo, as well as two further modes which are accessed directly from the Mission Control app, Stealth and Shuttle. Shuttle mode is ideal for those uplift days, boosting the motor's peak power to 100%, allowing you to get up those fire roads with as little effort as possible. Stealth mode conveniently turns off the lights on the TCU for a few night laps of the trail. The FOX Float DPS Performance rear shock and FOX 36 performance fork provides flex free handling and stiction free performance, so you can truly attack the trail.  The SRAM X1 drivetrain also provides 11 speeds to conquer anything put in your path, whilst also offering the simple and reliable operation of a 1x system.  Throw some SRAM Code R 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes into the mix and you’ve got an awesome MTB machine.
